[TaxoBank.org](http://TaxoBank.org) is a “terminology registry”, basically a database of controlled vocabularies. It may take some poking around to find something relevant, and you’re likely to find a bunch of dead links, but you may get lucky.
Wand Taxonomies ([wandinc.com](http://wandinc.com)) can deliver pre-packaged or custom taxonomies, but they’re a for-pay service. If they have something already built that works for your situation, though, it might be well worth the price.
Access Innovations ([accessinn.com](http://accessinn.com)) is another company that can build custom taxonomies for you. Again, for a price.
If you’re doing this on the cheap and you have time, you could look at [DBpedia.org](http://DBpedia.org). DBpedia is basically an ontology of concepts used in Wikipedia. You could explore some of the nodes related to your subject area and follow the trails to all the related terms you’re interested in.
Depending on your subject area, you might also look at the Google Shopping Category Taxonomy ([https://feedonomics.com/google_shopping_categories.html](https://feedonomics.com/google_shopping_categories.html)).
